Leadership was getting three different versions of "the numbers" depending on which system someone pulled them from, and nobody fully trusted any of the three.
THE APPROACH
Instead of another manual export-and-reconcile spreadsheet, we integrated all three systems at the API level and built reconciliation logic that flags mismatches instead of hiding them.
